Coffee Break Newsletter Archive

The Coffee Break was a newsletter published by the Coffee Creek Fireflies from February 2000 through December 2002. There were many contributors to the newsletter during its short run, and the editor-in-chief was Linda Cunningham.

Linda published the life story of a local resident on the front page of each issue, and that history is priceless. The very last issue contained Linda's own story, written by her husband Bob.

The "Times Past" column, primarily penned by Vi Karrer, contains many interesting local historical tidbits. In fact, the personal histories of local residents, many of whom grew up in the area, combined with the various other columns contain a wealth of information about our North Lake Area.

Thanks to Marion Teitzel's excellent filing system, we have a complete set of the newsletters. Marion knew exactly where the newsletters had been stored in a trunk full of memorabilia.
