Fishing Derby 2011--A Big Success!
A big Thank You to the Trinity Lake Lions for a wonderful event
for the kids. This year's Fishing Derby
had perfect weather, some big fish, and 84 kids enjoying themselves at the Carrville Pond.
Once again, the Lions organized the event; provided tackle to the kids; gave away free hot dogs, soft drinks, and
coffee, awarded prizes; and made sure everyone had fun. Chairman Dennis King and all
the Lion and community volunteers are to be commended for such a great time for the kids.
